RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for being part of the Witting family. We appreciate your business. It’s one of our top goals to outfit you in pieces that you’ll love, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve created our return policy to help simplify the return process and ensure you get exactly what you want.
We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange.
Return conditions
- A product is considered defective if it has technical problems and is delivered to the customer.
- Product description is incorrect: if the online description of the product is incorrect.
- If the color of the goods differs from the online description, it is incorrect.
- Wrong product quantity
- If the quantity of delivered products is different from the ordered quantity, you have the right to request a return and refund.
We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance.
Return process
To start return, get in touch with us at [email protected]. We’ll email you a return label and provide further instructions if your return is approved. We must accept returns of items shipped with a prior return authorization request.
Full priced items
We do offer returns / refunds on purchases that were made on full priced items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be minus shipping paid originally.
Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. (Unless it is our fault). Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you would like your order cancelled. You have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Outside of this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company (this process can take up to 7-10 business days) to process and issue a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in processing.

Defective/ Wrong Product
Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it’s what you ordered and has no defects.
