1. How to place an order at Witting.store?

You can browse through the products on our website, select the desired product and size, then click the “Add to Cart” button. When ready, click the shopping cart icon and complete the payment information to complete the order.

2. What methods can I use to pay?

Payment methods at witting.store: Payoneer, paypal.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Items are usually delivered within 7-15 days. Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays, delivery times are estimates only. We try our best to provide the best estimate based on the information we have, but we cannot promise an exact delivery date.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status through the shipping service’s website.

5. Can I change my order information or address after I have placed it?

We understand that it may be necessary to change an order or shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been shipped.
